PFS WITH GENERAL (CONCEPT) DESIGN - RAILWAY LINE STALAC – KRALJEVO – RUDNICA

SERBIA

Prefeasibility Study (PFS) with General (Concept) Design for Reconstruction and Modernization of Railway Line Stalac - Kraljevo – Rudnica.

Project description

The overall objective of the project is to safeguard the functionality of the railway line, increase operational speed and reduce travel times, improve traffic safety and reliability of the railway infrastructure, and thus support the growth of passenger and freight traffic on the line.

The objective of the services is to provide qualified technical assistance for the preparation of the Prefeasibility Study and General (Concept) Design for the railway line.

The Prefeasibility Study should identify an appropriate range of alternative solutions and evaluate and compare them from a functional, technical, economical, financial, spatial, environmental, and social point of view as basis for a sound selection and justification of the optimal option. The Prefeasibility Study and General (Concept) Design should provide accurate data that also meet the detail requirements for use in planning documents and subsequent preparatory studies (Feasibility Study and Preliminary Design).
